Terms of Use

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms govern the use of the Pelvic Gym app, the Pelvic Gym device and online sessions with a trainer (the “Service”) provided by Individual Entrepreneur N. A. Romanova (INN 773370082769, OGRNIP 314774609900270). By signing up in the app you accept these terms. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. Provide accurate information and do not share access to your account; you are responsible for activity under it.

License and payment

Workouts are available under a time-limited license. Price, term and contents are stated at purchase; purchase terms are set out in the agreement you accept when paying. Downloading the app and signing up are free.

Health

Pelvic Gym is muscle training, not medical care: the Service does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor. If you are pregnant, after surgery, in pain or have a medical condition, consult a doctor before training. Stop if you feel pain during a workout.

Rules

Do not use the Service unlawfully, violate others’ rights or send abuse or spam in chat. Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app or try to circumvent the license.

Intellectual property

The app, exercises, method, texts and design belong to us or our partners. We grant you the right to use the app for your own training while your account and license are active. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it. Training results depend on regular practice and individual factors. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account for serious breach of these terms. These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Russian law applies. Questions: support@pelvicgym.ru.
