Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

This policy describes how personal data of users of the Pelvic Gym app, the Pelvic Gym device and the pelvicgym.ru website (the “Service”) is processed. Data controller: Individual Entrepreneur N. A. Romanova (INN 773370082769, OGRNIP 314774609900270). Contact for data questions: support@pelvicgym.ru. In case of discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Data we process

Account data: name, email address and/or phone number, date of birth, sex, profile photo. Workout data: exercise results and device readings. Messages and files you exchange with your trainer. License and support request details. Technical data needed to operate and protect the Service. Passwords are stored only in encrypted form. Online sessions are not recorded.

Why

To provide the Service: register you and sign you in, run workouts and show your progress, let your trainer run sessions, manage your license, answer support requests and fix errors. We do not use data for advertising and do not sell it.

Legal basis and consent

Data is processed under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” based on the consent you give at sign-up and to perform the Terms of Use. Consent to the processing of health data is given separately at payment. You can withdraw consent by writing to support@pelvicgym.ru or by deleting your account.

Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address, name and Google account ID (scopes openid, email, profile) and use them only to sign you in to the Service. We get no access to any other data in your Google account, do not use this data for advertising and do not share it with third parties. Pelvic Gym’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Your trainer (for your workouts and your chat with them) and Service staff, as needed, have access to it. Data may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider and by services that deliver verification codes; when you sign in with Google or receive a code via a messenger, some data (email address, phone number) may be processed outside Russia. Data is disclosed to others only when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the app (Profile, “Delete profile”) or by request to support@pelvicgym.ru. After deletion your personal data is erased; workout results are kept in anonymized form, not linked to you, for statistics.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, correct or delete it, or withdraw consent by writing to support@pelvicgym.ru. We reply within 10 business days. You may also complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.

Other

The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. The website uses no cookies or analytics. This policy may be updated; the current version is published on this page.
