Which Mac do I have? Apple menu → About This Mac: a “Chip” line means Apple Silicon, a “Processor” line with Intel means Intel.

If macOS will not open the app
  1. Drag Pelvic Gym to the Applications folder and open it. When a warning appears, click “Done”.
  2. Open System Settings, Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll to Security, click “Open Anyway” and confirm with your password or Touch ID.
  4. In the next window click “Open”. From then on the app opens as usual.

If macOS offers “Move to Trash”, do not accept it — click “Done”.
